Our cattery is one of very few catteries that is built and managed according to Feline Advisory Bureau (now known at International Cat Care) standards.
The cattery provides ten family-sized chalets. Gaps between the chalets prevent neighbours from becoming too attached to each other. Each chalet consists of an inner and outer area.
The inner area is fully weather-proofed and contains an overhead ceramic heater. The temperature is maintained at around 20C, but this can be tailored to suit the individual. A window with a shelf allows your pet to survey the world completely sheltered from the elements, while a cat-flap allows access to the outer area.
The outer area comprises a covered run with another shelf and scratching post.
Owners are invited to bring their cat’s own bedding, toys, chairs, and anything else to make your pet’s stay as pleasant as possible.
Selected chalets have the ability to accommodate heated beds. We can provide limited amount of these so please inform us when booking if a heated bed is required, or feel free to bring your own.
